Content Aware Move is usually used to move objects/people to different locations in an image, but you can also resize objects to make some really fun Photoshop Magic.
Open the Fishing Buddy. We are going to use the Content Aware Move tool (J) to make the fish bigger.
Select the Content Aware Move Tool (J) from the toolbar. Hidden behind the Spot Healing Brush.
Use the Content Aware Move Tool to draw a loose selection around the fish. Try to avoid the pieces of grass that are near the fish. If your selection is too close to the fish, Photoshop will not have enough pixels to blend. If your selection is too loose, you will end up with unwanted parts duplicated.
Slightly nudge the fish upward closer to the hand. A bounding box will appear around your selection. Drag the corner handles to make the fish appear bigger. You may have to readjust the placement of the fish so that it still looks like it is hanging from the boy’s hand. See example:
Press Enter or click on the Check on the Options bar to commit your change. This removes the bounding box.
Go to View>Extras or CTRL H to hide the selection marquee. This will allow you to see if the edit is noticeable.
If you are happy with the result, go to Select>Deselect or CTRL D to deselect the fish.
Save your new image. File>Save or CTRL S.
